Siapkan cetakan puding diameter 20cm, tinggi 10cm. Perciki dengan air matang&lt;br /&gt;2. &lt;em&gt;Lapisan vanila&lt;/em&gt;: Masak sambil diaduk agar2, gula, dan susu sampai mendidih. Setelah gula larut, masukkan krim lalu aduk. Tuang ke dalam kocokan putih telur. Kocok menggunakan mikser hingga rata. Tuang ke dalam cetakan puding. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. &lt;em&gt;Lapisan jeruk&lt;/em&gt;: Masak sambil diaduk agar2, gula, dan susu sampai mendidih. Masukkan jeruk yang telah dihaluskan, lalu krim. Aduk. Tuang perlahan ke dalam cetakan di atas lapisan vanila menggunakan sendok sayur.&lt;br /&gt;4. &lt;em&gt;Lapisan kopi &lt;/em&gt;: Didihkan air dalam panci, masukkan kopi. Angkat dari api, aduk sampai larut. Masukkan agar2, masak kembali sampai mendidih. Kocok telur dan gula sampai berbuih, lalu masukkan adonan agar2 panas ke dalamnya secara bertahap sambil diaduk rata. Jerang kembali sambil diaduk di atas api kecil sampai semua bahan larut. Siapkan oven pada suhu 180C. Lapisi loyang dengan kertas roti.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok mentega dan keju parut sampai lembut dan mengembang. Masukkan terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok. Sisishkan&lt;br /&gt;Kocok mentega menggunakan mixer kecepatan sedang hinnga mentega mengembang. Masukkan gula secara bertahap sambil terus dikocok.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan kuning telur, kayumanis, dan kulit jeruk lemon. Kocok rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan terigu, aduk.&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan oven 170’C.&lt;br /&gt;Gilas adonan di antara 2 lembar kertas roti setipis 3-4 mm. Cetak menggunakan cetakan kue kering. Susun kue pada loyang.&lt;br /&gt;Panggang hingga matang 10-13 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Keluarkan loyang, diamkan 5 menit. Pindahkan kue ke atas rak kawat. Alasi loyang dengan kertas roti. Panaskan oven pada suhu 150’C.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok mentega, gula, dan kulit jeruk sampai lembut.&lt;br /&gt;    Tambahkan terigu dan maizena. Aduk dengan spatula sambil diciprati air es.&lt;br /&gt;3. Gilas adonan di antara 2 lembar kertas roti setebal 3mm. Cetak menggunakan                  cetakan kue kering. Taruh isian coklat di tengahnya. Tutup dengan adonan lainnya.     Tekan2 sekelilingnya. Susun di loyang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panggang hingga kue berwarna keemasan. Iris tipis uk 3x5 cm&lt;br /&gt;1 bh bawang bombay, iris memanjang&lt;br /&gt;1 bh paprika, potong kotak&lt;br /&gt;2 btg daun bawang, potong2&lt;br /&gt;2 bh cabe merah, potong2&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;2 cm jahe, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt maizena, larutkan dalam sedikit air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan perendam:&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap asin&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm saus tiram&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt minyak wijen&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm merica hitam, tumbuk kasar&lt;br /&gt;Garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur bahan perendam, kecuali baking soda. Lumuri irisan daging dengan baking soda. Lalu masukkan irisan daging ke dalam bumbu perendam. Aduk. Diamkan 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang bombay, paprika, cabe, dan daun bawang. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumis bawang putih cincang dan irisan jahe sampai harum. Masukkan daging beserta saus perendamnya. Masak sampai daging berubah warna. Tutup wajan 3-5 menit. Buka tutup, masak terus sampai kuah hampir sat. Masukkan larutan maizena, aduk. Masak sampai mengental. Masukkan tumisan bawang bombay, paprika, daun bawang dan cabe. Aduk. Campur terigu, ragi, gula, dan garam. Aduk. Buat lubang ditengahnya, masukkan telur ke dalam lubang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Aduk sambil dituangi susu sedikit-sedikit sampai adonan licin. Diamkan 30 menit. Baru kemudian masukkan margarin cair. Aduk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan cetakan poffertjes, olesi margarin. Tuang adonan ke dalam tiap lubang, jangan terlalu penuh. Masak sampai tepat matang. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang lagi adonan berikutnya. Masak setengah matang (bagian atas masih basah), tangkupkan dengan kue yang sudah matang tadi. Teruskan masak sampai matang. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan panci, lelehkan mentega, masukkan bawang bombay, kentang, dan wortel. Tutup selama 5 menit. Tuangkan kaldu ayam. Didihkan, lalu bubuhi garam, merica, seledri, dan gula. Kecilkan api lalu tutup panci separuh terbuka. Masak sampai wortel empuk, 20-30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;2.
